Economic Forum Workshop ‘Strategic Partner – China’ held in Brest

On October 9, 2025, Economic Forum Workshop ‘Strategic Partner – China’ was held in Brest. The official partner of the forum was Eximgarant of Belarus.

The participants included more than 120 business representatives who are planning to enter or are already working with the Chinese market. Practitioner speakers from Belarus and China tried to give recommendations to the Belarusian business in more than 15 areas of activity: economy, investments, finance and banking, insurance, logistics. The experts also touched upon issues of personnel training, business communication, and informed on legal aspects and safeguards to avoid economic disputes.

Director of Eximgarant of Belarus-Brest Viktor Silchuk delivered a speech on ‘Insurance as a tool for reducing potential risks when exporting goods’ and provided the forum participants with insurance products used for various types of transactions, as well as informed on the projects taken.
