Eximgarant of Belarus addresses the development of cooperation with the ECAs and commercial insurers in the national market of Belarus and beyond it.

Eximgarant of Belarus maintains the reinsurance protection of its insurance portfolio on a facultative and obligatory basis.

Eximgarant of Belarus implements the reinsurance against risks on an obligatory basis for:

• Voluntary Cargo Insurance
• Voluntary Insurance of Legal Entities’ Land-Based Vehicles
• Voluntary Factoring Insurance
• Voluntary Insurance of Short-/Medium-/Long-Term Export Contracts Against Political and/or Commercial Risks

The Belarusian Nuclear Insurance Pool (BNIP) aims to provide the insurance and reinsurance system of property interests of the BelNPP and ensure its functioning, as well as to cede risks from foreign insurance pools to reinsurers.

• The Resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus No. 16 dated February 7, 2003 “On the approval of the normative liability under voluntary insurance (co-insurance, reinsurance) contracts, other than life insurance contracts”;
• The Resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus No. 37 dated June 20, 2014 “On some questions of insurance activities implementation”.
