Financial support for exporters

In frameworks of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 534 dated August 25, 2006 “On promoting the development of exports of goods (works, services)”, exporters can finance their export deliveries through: 

• Export credit from the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus and a range of commercial banks (Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 249 dated April 23, 2021, or a list of participating banks).   

Financing is carried out at rates according to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 495 dated September 11, 2025 “On Amendments to Resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 262 dd. May 5, 2021 and No. 58 dd. January 24, 2023”. Financing is carried out in the amount of up to 100 % of the export contract value for short-term export credit and 85 % of the export contract value for long-term export credits.

•  Factoring (assignment of receivables) by implementing export contracts is carried out by any commercial bank of the Republic of Belarus.
