Belarus and Khakassia: new stage of cooperation

On September 30, 2025, a working meeting between Eximgarant of Belarus and delegation of the Republic of Khakassia was held on the behalf of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus.

The delegation of the Republic of Khakassia was led by Deputy Head of the Republic of Khakassia Yulia Ismagilova. Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus was represented by Deputy Minister Sergey Kachan, as well as Eximgarant of Belarus was represented by General Director Valery Ermoshko.

The meeting was dedicated to experience exchange and cooperation established in the field of insurance support for export and investment projects. Eximgarant of Belarus presented information on the Company’s activities, its structure of insurance portfolio, and outlined approaches to monitoring concluded transactions.

The parties emphasized that in conditions of unstable foreign economic environment, reliable insurance support instruments will contribute to the growth of foreign trade and the sustainable development of export potential between Russia and Belarus.
